About Me

I love meeting people and their stories shared and to listen in my present spiritual formation ministry conversations; the stories of God’s transformative work in their lives.  It is my incredible joy to help others discern the presence and leading of the Holy Spirit; the One Jesus promised as our true Spiritual Director.

I am a certified spiritual director (Global Certification) and have extensive experience in supervision of both spiritual directors and those in Pastoral Ministries. Over the past 10 years my spiritual direction practice has comprised mostly of Pastors and those in Pastoral Ministries. My 30+ years of church and ministry experience allows me to connect with people of various denominational backgrounds. Similarly, many at the edge of faith, wrestling with hard questions or coming out of toxic forms of religion have felt comfortable talking with me.
